Owner, Michelle Ferrara, has been a Law Enforcement Officer for 18 years and an Emergency Medical Technician for 5years.  She has worked on many crime/trauma scenes in her profession and knows how difficult it can be for families of victims, let alone having to deal with cleaning after the police leave.
